Before you think of installing World of Tanks, please note that the game is rather bland and the personalities you will find online are even more boring.
Read over their terms of service, register your account, play some games, and discover how incredibly bland the game is.
For a war game, the people playing the game are offended at nearly anything you can do or write. "Reported" is the most common word you will find in the in-game chat, and people routinely troll others into an emotional reaction so their comments can be reported and that user banned from using their gaming account.
There is also an incredible flaw in the registration process which allows you to enter the most offensive user names you can come up with. Who polices these names? The community.... the same butthurt community of sniveling, whining children who can't cope with seeing things on their screen they don't like.
If your account name is flagged, they will force you to deal with an inept member of their technical staff like Aaron Simmons. "Please give me some new names" (?!?!?) they will ask. Give them a name outside of FluffyBunny384, or ComputerDesk3894 and they will reject it as offensive. (Hey, isn't EVERYTHING offensive?)
Is this club penguin or a war game? It is a G-rated mentality in a game based on the horrors of war and the military machines that are used with their primary goal of being killing machines.
Thankfully, I did not invest a single nickel in this game in money but I spent too much time that is now just wasted...until I created this blog.
I encourage others to offer stories as to why wargaming.net sucks and their games are mediocre at best. With the PS4 and new Xbox One coming out, their online offerings are going to look extremely dated quickly.
Do not waste money on this game. You will regret it. If your goal is to troll people out of their minds, you will find yourself a true utopia. The amount of hurt feelings over simple comments runs long and their community moderators are ban crazy. You can use this to your advantage to inflict harm on their users.
